Ive deliberately focused on helping students with Organic Chemistry. Its my bread and butter, and you wont get better help and advice anywhere else! But, the flipside to that is I dont stray outside OChem to other subjects or into specific test prep. I leave that to the experts in those areas!

Is Organic Chemistry As A Second Language Sufficient To Self
I am learning Organic Chemistry for fun by myself. I am not getting tested at school but I would like to learn it properly. I’ve picked up Organic Chemistry as a Second Language and think it is pretty good. I read everything and do all the exercises . However in the very first chapter the author states that this book is not a replacement for a real textbook but rather just a supplement.
If my goal is to properly learn Organic Chemistry , do you think it would be necessary for me to purchase another textbook and go through it after I finish OCASL? Should I be doing both books at the same time-e.g. read the normal textbook chapter on geometry and then read the same topic in OCASL? Or will OCASL alone be sufficient for my goals?
